Overview
Hypera 1 is a Kontakt instrument that combines and layers both acoustic and electronic sound sources to create a vast variety of instrumental sounds as well as unparalleled sonic textures and environments. The instrument comes with over hundred presets, crafted for several applications and genres, from game and film scoring to today's pop production and all the way to experimental electroacoustic textures and noises.

The instrument includes a variety of sampled sound sources from analogue and digital synthesizers to acoustic keyboard and pitched-percussion instruments as well as heavily manipulated versions of the same sources. We used eg. tape machines, guitar pedals, and state-of-the-art digital granular and time stretch effects to create this sonic sandbox.

Four independent sound sources with highly customizable arpeggiators and controls for modulation and effects offer the possibility to design sounds that are vast, layered and multidimensional.

Every source has a pedalboard-like effects section with six hardwired effect modules. All four sound sources are combined in the master effects section that consist of a versatile EQ and an advanced compressor with dedicated controls for saturating the output signal. Drag n' drop support for convolution reverb IR's per source makes designing unique sounds quick and easy.

Our extensive modulation system covers all the basic sources and targets with 4 assignable envelopes and LFO's per sound source. The real treat for sound design here is the group of 4 syncable step modulators (per source, of course!) that can be assigned to modulate almost any effect parameter inside the instrument.
